No-Scalpel Vasectomy
In the no-scalpel vasectomy, a surgical clamp is used to hold the vas deferens while a very small puncture incision is made so that the vas deferens is lifted out, cut, sutured or cauterized, and put back in place.
30 minutes – The entire process is very short. Our staff physicians are all Board Certified Urologists and that have great vasectomy and vasectomy reversal experience.
Vasectomy Reversal
Vasectomy reversal or “Vasovasostomy” is a surgical technique to reconnect the once cut ends of the vas deferens and to open up the vas channel.
The sooner the better – In general, men who are less than 10 years out from their vasectomy have a better chance of success.
The chance of pregnancy after a successful vasectomy reversal depends on the length of time since the vasectomy.
